Today was a good day. Why? Well, I'll tell you why, damnit.
Today was good because I woke up to my new favorite song.
Today was good because I wore my favorite jeans.
Today was good because in American Lit we went outside and collected sticks to make a raft in homage to Huck Finn.
Today was good because my French teacher is always so happy that she's a ray of sunshine in my day.
Today was good because I didn't have any classes with bothersome, selfish, or annoying people.
Today was good because my friend's class switched into my lunch just for today.
Today was good because in AP History the test I thought I was going to fail was so much easier than I thought it would be.
Today was good because I spent the afternoon at the library with three of my best friends.
Today was good because I laughed until I cried.
Today was good because I baked cookies with a friend.
Today was good because I listened to music all evening and didn't worry about tomorrow.
Today was good just because.
I am in an amazing mood. Nothing could ruin this.
There is art in my mind. It'll make its way to paper eventually.

MOVED :D
Officially moved to my new account ~vaksine (https://www.deviantart.com/vaksine) I would love it ever so much if you would watch me over there. Pretty please?
I'm slightly inactive as far as posting art just because I'm working on school artwork and have a bunch of unfinished projects. I'll have things to post more regularly in the future. If you want to contact me, please do it on my new account, not here, as I won't be checking this account as often anymore.
Switchin' Accounts Yo
So I have a new account now! ~vaksine (https://www.deviantart.com/vaksine) I haven't done much with it yet, but I hope you'll watch me there. Pretty please? :please: It'll take me a while to transfer the select pieces over to the new account and get everything set up. I'll still be on this account for a while to update and reply and everything, but this is just a heads up!
Thinking About Changing Accounts
So I was thinking about changing accounts yet again. Would that annoy the heck out of you guys? Besides just wanting a new name, I kinda wanted to clean up my gallery without destroying this one. I think what I would do is take several pieces that I really like and take them out of this gallery and put them in the new one, while leaving everything else in. Even though that would lose me views, faves, etc. But things like my tutorial would probably stay so I don't confuse people if they try to find it again. And stuff that I'm just not that fond of would stay, too. I just really want to keep a nice, organized gallery with mostly finished stuff
The Arts Deserve A Little More Respect
Whenever I tell people that I want to major in either studio art or graphic design, they all seem to furrow their brows and wonder why I would choose such a "waste-of-time" major. I've had a few people respond, "But you have so much potential." Potential for what? An accounting degree? A medical career? Something important that contributes to society, right? And so by choosing something that I love to do that could get me a job with a million different kinds of companies, I'm somehow wasting all my potential?
People, at least in America, don't respect the arts. Schools facing budget cuts get rid of those pesky, unnecessary art classes first.
